We will provide the services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.
Content published on this website (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of The Stall and/or its content creators and respective brands and protected by international copyright laws. The entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of The Stall and/or the brands we are authorized to sell, with copyright authorship for this compilation by The Stall.
All communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. If you subscribe to the news on our website, you are going to receive regular emails from us. We will continue to communicate with you by posting news and notices on our website and by sending you emails. You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between The Stall and you, or its business partners and associates.
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state court in the State of Kuwait and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Comments, Reviews, and Emails
Visitors may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation.
We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant The Stall non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any media.
License and Site Access
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website for your personal purchase purposes. You are not allowed to download or modify it.
If you are an owner of an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must not have been used and must have no visible signs of wear or use, items that have been used will not be returned or exchanged.
- Customized equipment/gear/clothing including but not limited to embroidery were made specifically for you! They may not be returned or exchanged except for manufacturing defects.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Once received, the items will be checked to ensure their integrity. In the case of a refund, the refund will be made within 10 days from the time the items are returned to us.
In the case of delivery of damaged items, or manufacturing defects:
Please send an email to email@example.com describing the issue and attach a photo of the damaged/defected item and the order number.
*Please note that returns and exchanges to products damaged by misuse will not be accepted.
Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Stall. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order has been placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
With the exception of circumstances out of our control, we will make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days from the date of your order. Our business days are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding national and religious holidays.
Please note that in the cases of incorrect or incomplete shipping/delivery addresses, your package may be delayed.
Please note we do not deliver/ship on Fridays.
Delivery within Kuwait: within 24 hours.
Delivery within the GCC: 6-7 business days
Delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method, and the items ordered. Products may be delivered in separate shipments according to stock availability.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Please provide a complete shipping address and ensure someone will be at the location to receive the order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
For orders outside Kuwait, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
For deliveries in Kuwait, you will receive a message via SMS/Whatsapp and email notifying you of the expected delivery time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Stall is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The Stall is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order with damaged products, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Please note that customized orders may take more time as the products are being created exclusively for you! We will provide you with the estimated delivery time at check out. We will also send you an email upon check out with the delivery time for your custom order.
Customized Tucci boots take 8-10 weeks to manufacture, so please bear with us. We promise it’s worth the wait!
The ready to measure boots, if not in stock, take 6-8 weeks.
We sincerely apologize that we are unable to deliver Tucci and Kentucky products to the UAE. Please contact us privately via our Contact Us page and we will be able to help you find them near you.
