Returns/Exchanges

Refund & Exchange policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must not have been used and must have no visible signs of wear or use, items that have been used will not be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized equipment/gear/clothing including but not limited to embroidery were made specifically for you! They may not be returned or exchanged except for manufacturing defects. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Please send an email to sales@thestallkw.com regarding any returns/exchanges you wish to make, as well as a Whatsapp to +96594000615. Once received, the items will be checked to ensure their integrity. In the case of a refund, the refund will be made within 10 days from the time the items are returned to us.

In the case of delivery of damaged items, or manufacturing defects:

Please send an email to sales@thestallkw.com  describing the issue and attach a photo of the damaged/defected item and the order number.

*Please note that returns and exchanges to products damaged by misuse will not be accepted.
